Upon request all manufacturers and importers must provide a declaration of conformity, stating the norms that the product meets. The best assurance of compliance with the regulations in when an accredited tests laboratory has certified the product. For your own protection and safety please ask for a copy of the declaration of conformity.
ISO 9000 – Quality control system The LEAB battery charges are manufactured under strict quality norms. The quality control includes electrical component function as well as operation testing of the finished charger and also heat testing, which means running the charger under full load in a heat chamber. Furthermore all chargers are safety tested by high voltage testing. Our production is certified according to ISO9002. Our quality system has the dual purpose to give both our customers and ourselves an optimum confidence in our products. Additionally our generous approach to guarantees gives our customers further protection and safety.
Programming In all LEAB LPC Battery charges it is possible to program a charging cycle for a battery that is perfectly adapted to the mode of usage. This is quickly and simply done by connecting the charger to a PC. Then, in less than 2 min the LCM software will install the chosen charging cycle into the charger.
When the program starts, language is first chosen (Picture 1) in the start menu. After that the main screen pops up using chosen language (Picture 2). If a battery charger is connected the program will show the type of charger connected, what battery the charger is programmed for, also by whom and when this was done. Additionally, the serial number of the connected charger and also the hardware and software versions of the charger.
The multitude of different batteries using widely different charging parameters makes the procurement of a programmable LEAB LPC battery charger a good investment.
